Url is showing index.php/shop

I dont know since when and what change makes that index.php appeared in url address, usually should be site/product-category/clocks/, instead of site/index.php/product-category/clocks/

Hello,

Navigate to Settings > Permalinks > Permalink Structure > Check Custom Permalink and remove the index.php from the Custom Permalink.
