use serial number for 2 website

can we use a serial numbers for a website after that use for another website?

The license key may be activated twice for one and the same site. We provide this second time so that you could run the site on the live host and on the testing host, however, it should be one and the same sit. If you need a theme for two sites, you will have to purchase two licenses.

You can activate the theme on the localhost. You can activate twice: once for the testing and one on the live.
