User account logout automatically after login

Hi

I have strange issue, i log in to my website after user registration, then i go to another page, and i click into myaccount icon on header, the account is log out. I experienced the bug in mobile devices.

Please kindly try your self on my website. U feel the same problem.

I have checked your site, I have logged in, moved to shop and then clicked on the icon. I was logged in. Check again.

Don t connect with wp admin id. Create a new user with u r mail, than try it.

Still not.

Deactivate all the third parties plugins not related to the theme.

I’m also facing this problem, it actually shows cached page to logged in users. Try to disable all caching plugin, clear browser cache and login as user see the problem is there or not.

Currently using WP Fastest Cache and its working good as it is automatically exclude wp login, maybe.

I am also using WP fastest cache plugin, have you exclude wp login from cache manually ? If yes, show me a screen shot, please.

Yes, check the attachment. If you’re siteground user then you need to disable super-cache from your cpanel.

I have same settings like on your attachment on exclude tab.

Pls look at my screenshot, we have to activate “logged in user” ? Because previously it has been deactivated, just now i activated.

I am also site ground user. Why i need to disable super cacher ? It s enabled for me.
