User Registration page Not submitting, only reloading

Hello,

I have been using Woodmart for some time now and I love it.

but suddenly a problem occurred.

When people now register, although try to register an account. the submit button just reloads the page and nothing happens.

* In the back-end I can still create users and this just works fine *

i have already tried to find the issue by disabling all plugins and themes. but with no succes.

this just suddenly start happening..

can you guys please help me out with this? really hope this will work again..

Hello,

Please check how it works with the default wordpress theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not.

Because the MyAccount is default woocommerce functionality and our theme doesn’t influence.

thanks for you’re fast reply,

it seems that this problem still occurs when the default template is activated.
but the weird part is. When I did a clean install of WordPress and installed Woodmart and Woodmart child. I imported the base and selected the design I wanted.

this function didn’t work then as well. I never thought it would be such a pain to fix this.

I already did a reinstallation on a different URL to see if the theme is broken for some reason, but the registration seems working fine on that one.

now my question. before I have to start all over..

do you know where I should look into to get this working on partner.d-skin.nl?

any advice would be really really helpful. iam stuck now at te moment..

As the issue occurs with the default WordPress theme which clears that the issue is not from our theme.

Therefore to try and troubleshoot the issue you need to make sure that you have created a page and added the shortcode.

Then Go to WooCommerce >> Settings >> Advanced and set it as My account page from there.

Then you need to make sure that you the option to register is enabled from Settings.
