    How do I log into my account in userjot? My account has been imported from the previous suggestions software Canny. But the system states no account is found on this email address. (same email address I used in Canny)

    I’m in now. But the interface to post suggestions in userjot is broken. Console is filled with errors. css doesnt seem to fully load. See screenshot.

    Hello,

    Could you please clarify what OS and browser version you have? Try to use a different browser.

    I was using an old browser on old OS. With the latest Chrome version it works well.

    I encountered another issue. See this suggestion I posted:

    All formatting and line breaks are gone and its one unreadable blob.
