Users are not able to create account

I have purchased the Woodmart theme and have customized everything.But I am not able to find out how to enable my customers to create account on my site. I have updated settings on woo commerce but whenever someone is clicking on create account option ,it is redirecting to home page

actually I consulted a freelancer and he told me the account creation is working after deactivating the plugins that is coming with the theme.
