    Hello,

You can insert any HTML into the footer. Navigate to Appearance > Widgets > add HTML block widgets http://prntscr.com/le8qqj into Footer column http://prntscr.com/le8qv5

    Hello,

Your question is not clear. If you need to insert HTML block in the footer, you use HTML widget.

If you are creating the content in the HTML, you use the elements as per your needs.

    Hello,

Your HTML code is not rendered. Navigate to Footer > Copyright area and set two columns. Insert the HTML into each column

    Best Regards
