    Hi there,

we already purchased one WoodMart license for a client project and would like to clarify how to handle different environments correctly under your licensing terms.

For each project, we usually set up:

one staging/test environment for the client (e.g. test.client-shop.lu), and
    one production domain (e.g. client-shop.lu).

    Plus:
one internal development environment (e.g. test-woodmart.time4digital.lu, only for our agency) – just one time!! ,
How should we configure this setup to stay fully compliant with your license terms?
Is it allowed to use the same purchase code for the test/staging environments as long as only one live production site is public?

Alternatively, is there an option to purchase a bundle of licenses (e.g. 5 or 10) for future client projects, to simplify management and activation?

Thanks a lot for clarifying this!
    Best regards,
    Kai Kremer

    Hi Kai,

Thanks for reaching out. Here is how to stay compliant with one WoodMart license for a single client project:

    What one license covers
    – One live (production) domain plus one development/staging domain for the same project.
    – Multiple different sites/projects each require their own license.

    How to configure environments
    – On your non-live environment (staging or development), activate the theme with the Development domain option enabled in WoodMart > Theme license.
    – On the live site, activate the same purchase code with the Development domain option disabled.

About having both an internal dev and a client-facing staging
    – A single license can be active on only one development/staging domain at a time (plus the live domain).
    – If you need both dev and staging active simultaneously alongside the live site, you will need an additional license.
    – Alternatively, you can switch the development activation between environments by deactivating on one and activating on the other:
    – In WordPress: WoodMart > Theme license > Deactivate on the old environment, then activate on the new one.
    – Or via your XTemos account: My Account > Your purchase codes > Deactivate the old domain, then activate on the new domain.

    Kind Regards
