UTM Parameters being removed from URL when Geolocate (with cache support) is on

I have narrowed this issue down to the Woodmart theme.

When Geolocate (with cache support) is enabled, the site adds the proper ?v= to the URL, but at the same time it strips any present UTM parameters from the URL.

This is not happening with other themes, and it is making tracking with UTM very difficult. Currently we are forced to not use a cache at all until we figure out what is going on here.
