validation with bootstrap

Hello Dear Team from Woodmart,
Do you have any ideas or code snippets to implement the validation of forms in bootstrap. Since woodmart uses bootstrap, it would make sense to implement the validation also nicely with it, as in example screenshot.

I meen in Forms from Log-in&Register Site. Example i want add new textbox in Register site “confirm email”, and this validate with javascript& bootstrap, tom show the customer that the email is not same example or false.

Sorry but there is no option in Theme Settings available for that.
It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
