Variant out of stock

I have made several variants of a t-shirt product and I want to say that the gray color size 3XL is not in stock. But I can’t get it to appear like that.
I have the other variants: any color + any size, but the one from before, which I specified well, does not respect me.

Then you need to select that variation and adjust stock settings – https://take.ms/fhA7H, when it will be as out-of-stock then you will see that it is impossible to buy.
