Variants Selector Not working on Desktop when logged out

i have an urgent issue, i am not able to select a variant when i am logged out on desktop only, on mobile it is working fine. check this product for example:

please open the link in a private tab in multiple browsers chrome, safari, and firefox make sure you are logged out.

please tell me it is not working it is not working in my laptop using firefox mostly, and sometimes chrome. i have checked in other desktops in the office didn’t work. two of my friends tried in their laptops one said it worked the other said it didn’t work.
it is driving me crazy.

We are facing problems that were not previously on the website. it keeps getting wrong, but we don’t know the reason. When we changed the theme it worked.

1- For most variable products, the images of variants are showing just in one language (Arabic). please see the attached screenshots to see how the same product in the Arabic language is absolutely ok and just after switching to the English language, the swatches become non-clickable.

I mean, when we click on the swatches, the variable images are not displayed, although they will appear if you hover the cursor over them (in the zoom mode).

Please pay attention that we have this issue just with an attribute-color and when we add a new variable product.

Take this product as an example check in both languages arabic & english .

Do you translate the site with WPML?

Please make sure, you have translated all the attributes, all the attributes items, check the variable product transition and make sure there are all images added, price set, and the product is in stock.
