Variation Images not working correctly

Hi,

Im having issues with the Variation Images option. In some products the images work fine, in others they just show one variation.

Can you help me find the bug?

Its the variation pictures for when you choose size and color. There should be three pictures but it only shows one (and makes the size smaller)

I saw the screenshot you attached.

Please try recreating the product and make sure that you have added four variation gallery images for it as well. Then clear cache and check back.

If the problem still continues then deactivate all the third party plugins and provide with the admin panel login details with the permission to debug then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

Ok now we are ready for correcting this problem. We already change the pictures and the problem still persist.
We deactivated all the non woodmart Plugins.

I have logged into your website and updated the Woodmart Core plugin and created a testing product and added images gallery to each color and the galleries are working absolutely fine.

You can check the product yourself.

Which clears that the issue is not from our theme. The issue is with your product. Please try recreating the product then check back.

Yes I know that if you create a simple product everything is alright.

1. The problem is with the variable products and the variation pictures. Please check “pic1” and “pic2”. You can see that all the variations are the same for this specific product (Bad Reputation Babe – Blau Grate – 57, check pic2) but it doesnt show the variation pictures in the product page (pic1). And, yes, I have recreated this product. And yes, all the sizes have the same pictures.

2. With this same product we are having another problem. The color swatch in the shop page is not showing the image added for the color. While in the product page you can see them clearly. Check pic3 and pic4.
I have tried different resolutions for the images and the problem persist. Is there a specific size/resolution for this to work?

I saw the screenshots you attached.

1) The product I have created is a variable product, not a simple product. I have also added a variation images gallery to each of the variations.

Please create your product using the same way I have created then check back.

2) And for the swatch please make sure that you have enabled the option from Theme Settings >> Shop >> Attribute Swatches.

And also make sure that you have selected the same attribute for the grid swatch.

1. Ok so you created 3 variable products, and it works, but what happen when there are more than 7 sizes for the same color? This is where it fails but only in some products. I will recreate again the Bad Reputation using this test product you created.

But, could you check whats the difference between:
“Bad reputation Babe” https://panamahutgalerie.de/wp-admin/post.php?post=9177&action=edit

and

“Django” https://panamahutgalerie.de/wp-admin/post.php?post=9177&action=edit

The first one is not working while the second works perfect. And they were done the same way…

2. This is done since the beginning, Grid is with Color and Swatches in enabled. Something else to be done to solve this?

Here in the video you can see that Variation Images are not appearing/changing when I click a color and the size. Its just the product picture, where are the variation images?

I have cleared the cache.

Try to increase the AJAX variation threshold value to 100 in Theme Settings -> Product page and test how it works.

2. Try to disable Use images from product variations option in Theme Settings -> Shop -> Attributes swatches.

3. Check if you have a correct URL set in Dashboard -> Settings -> General. It should start with HTTPS if you are using an SSL certificate on your website. Then, you need to resave Theme Settings.
