Sorry for the delay.
Please navigate to Appearance -> WooCommerce -> Product Images and in the “Thumbnail cropping” area set the “Uncropped” option. Then clear the cache and recheck the issue.

So it means that you have some cache, therefore, you do not see changes, I suggest you clear the browser cache and recheck the issue.

I have rechecked your video again, and I see that you checked the issue on the element from the home page. In this case, you need to edit that element and set the “WooCommerce Single” value for the “Size image” field.
