Variations gallery images function disappeared

I’ve just updated the theme to 4.4.0. and the woocommerce to 3.9.0. I had many of variable products where I had custom image and custom gallery images for each variation. I mean 1 variation have 1 main image and 3 detail images and all of it should change by selecting options. Now the gallery option just disappeared. I can only add 1 image per variation. Can you help me with it?
This website is in test mode for now.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area

The deactivating plugins doesn’t seem to be the solution. I still can’t see the product variation gallery images option. I am providing the credentials. Please help me to solve the issue. Thank you
