help-4111ParticipantHi, we have a problem with the variations.
Only in the mobile version nothing happens by clicking on the different specifications, and when trying to add the product to the cart the “select options” error even though they are selected.
We disabled all plugins, and the variations work. The problem occurs when activating: YITH WooCommerce Points and Rewards Premium. Note however that using a different theme from woodmart with the same plugin works correctly.

Please check how it works with the default WordPress theme and Woocommerce Storefront theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not. Also, please check the site with our theme but only with the theme default plugins activate, and deactivate all the 3rd party plugins from the site.
If it works fine with the default WordPress theme then provide the admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

Using Twenty Twenty the variations work, using woodmart doesn’t.

Sorry to say but it seems that you have 2FA Authentication still enabled on your provided Site. Kindly, please disable that so that we can proceed further with checking the issue on your Site.

Please confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switch to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, You would better make the full backup of your site. Also, send me the admin access to the dashboard panel.

I have deactivated the plugin not related to the theme and activated the parent theme on your site, Then navigate to Theme Settings > performance > other > enable the option Mobile Dom Optimization.

help-4111ParticipantCorrection, it worked initially. It doesn’t work again.
Could it be related to caching plugins? Memcached, CSS and JS optimization?
Disabling the above works, but clearly the site is 50% slower.-
