By Default, Woocmmerce has the option to show variable products in drop down. Enter each attribute item and disable swatch.

Product attributes are the Woocommerce functionality and by default, Woocommerce does not provide such an option. You will have to search for a plugin or customize Woocommerce. We have not met or tested any plugins that is why we can hardly recommend any.
