Various Issues Regarding wp bakery and shop images and other things..

hope you are doing great i have some issues let me explain if you help me with this that would be great for me, bcz i have a big hand to increase your theme sale, as i am a developer so i have recommended this theme too many and they buy it.. and like it. ok so issues are.
1- i am getting issue regarding wp bakery text editor module. when i am going open any page first time or refresh it and after going to change text so in visual it show but in text mode it show blank please see video for better understanding

2- i am getting some issue on shop page hover image it become a little pixelated.. as this is fashion site so you know without pixlated image how is it important.. also can you please check why in small device it show full size of image instead of there small propotional image you know speed is much important also.

3- is their a way can i customer order email also can i also able to add featured image inside the order email
4- This is important one as well can you please tell me how can i add a cancel order button inside my account page at bottom .. and that cancel button will work only within 4 hours after the order place.

I watched the video you attached.
1) Sometimes the backend editor is not loaded properly and while it is loading and you click to edit an element then this happens. Please edit the page and edit anything after the backend editor is completely loaded. Then check back.
2) The images are displayed fine when you hover. If you don’t want the zoom effect then you can disable from Theme Settings >> Shop >> Product Styles.

3 & 4) Sorry but there is no option in Theme Settings available for that. It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.

1- wp bakery not happen sometimes i face this issue all time and in all site where i am using this theme its almost 100+ website if you want i may show you a list..
2- images are not displayed fine it show slighlty pixlated means minor pixlated

1) Please check how it works with the default wordpress theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not. Because the text block is Wp-Bakery element and our theme doesn’t influence.
2) Basically the products images are controlled by woocommerce and our theme doesn’t influence them. WooCommerce provides some settings that you can find under Appearance >> Customize >> WooCommerce >> Product Images.
