Varnish conflicting with Woodmart

Hi,

Our Varnish if conflicting with the theme. We’ve disabled all plugins but it wont work. We get the following message:

A plugin or theme is setting a PHPSESSID cookie on every pageload. This makes Varnish not deliver cached pages

Do you know what it can be?

Could you please specify where do you get this message and how it works with default WordPress theme?
