Very high CPU usage, my hosting provider cannot handle

Hi, there seems to be very high CPU usage spikes on my website and my hosting has informed me it can handle it. I’ve blocked a lot of bots and still very high cpu usage. Could you take a look at whats causing this? – I imagine its the theme causing the spikes

To better assist you, could you kindly test the functionality with default WordPress themes such as TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront? This will help us determine whether the issue stems from our theme or elsewhere.
