Very slow website

Hi there, for some weird reason my site suddenly became very slow : https://deltitechbrands.com/
I worked on this site on a subdomain and when finished i move it to this domain ..
your performance features are activated and wp rocket is activated as well, on the subdomain every page took up to 3 seconds and now its more than 10 seconds ..
im optimizing the images right now again, but its weird because those images already got optimized on the subdomain and i have the same setting just like before on the subdomain and when i move it to the main domain i see that high increase in page load ..
Please help me figure out the issue here thanks

For example i enabled minifing JS and CSS and on gtmetrix it still shows me errors to minify those ..

No I’m on the same hosting.
Maybe the database transfers cause something to stop working .. I really don’t know but I think this is the problem. How can I solve this ?

I think the performance options in the theme is not working correctly ..

ok cool did it, but its very weird because i run 1 test and i get 9 seconds, and after 30 minutes i run another test and i got 2.7 seconds.
i dont know why the speeds are sometimes super slow and sometimes fast ..
I think the lazy loading feature dont work well, can you please check this out for me ?

Lazy loading works, in the same way, all the time. Ther reason may be loading on the server. Try to contact the hosting support on this issue, please.

It can’t be, talked with the server support and they said its not on their site, i need a fix for this, because the lazy loading and all the performance options in your theme worked perfectly before, and now they are still activated but when i test the site on gtmetrix its like those options are not activated at all .. a lot of requests, and looks like the minifing not working at all.
When i load the site, a proper lazy loading will load the site immediatly and after that load image after image, but now when i load the site i see a blank screen for 10 seconds and after that the site is fully loaded, so the lazy loading is not working,
I need your help here, I already check with the hosting support and they are not working ..
How you can tell this is a server problem if you didnt even requested my site information and check the code yourself ?
I have 6 months support here, i really like your theme but it looks like the issue is coming from the theme options ..

i still see the “serve scaled images” on gtmetrix although I already optimized all images using Wp Smush .. I really done everything correctly, i have WP Rocket with the correct configuration,
Im in this bussiness for couple of years, when its a server side issue i know that, but now it dont seems like it, please take a closer look to my website and check it carefully.

Also please dont tell me its third party plugins causing this because i already deactivated all plugins except woodmart core, woocommerce and wp rocket, and still i get this slowness over 10 seconds

also ajax quick buy + quick view taking more then 3 seconds .. on your demo site it takes less then a second .. i need a fix for that too ..

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and switch to default WordPress theme so we can check it? We see some problem with your server response time and we need to identify if it caused by our theme first.

Please try to log in the site and investigate the issue, I also hired a developer to optimize the site ans he says the issue is from the theme, I change the WP password so ..

Please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and switch to default WordPress theme first so we can check it.

Hello, I have disabled all plugins related to the theme including wpbakery. Check now. home page built with woomart. so check the shop page> https://deltitechbrands.com/shop/ for browsing products.

We have activated our theme and see that it works correctly and not slow on the shop page. Note that you may see some speed difference because you have more elements on the page with WoodMart. You have added mega menu and a lot of products there so they may impact the speed a big. But in general, we don’t see any issues with our theme on your website.
