Very slow website speed

Hello,
-The website’s speed is rather slow -especially in the back end.
-You have to wait and wait and wait in order to edit a product or open a page.
-I have another Woodmart installation that runs really fast.
-We have disabled all unnecessary plugins but the problem persists.

Any suggestions?

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand if it is our theme issue or not?
