Video doesn’t show up on mobile,and the font was lost,I did enable “Mobile DOM optimization”, it doesn’t work for me,I seems that when you dupulicate your products on the backgend I always lost font setting and video background

Please check the issue on the parent theme and deactivate the plugins not related to the theme, let us know if the problem remains.

The problem remains,everytime I want to duplicate the product from the original one it just lost it’s original layout and font

Please, confirm the permission for plugin deactivation, and switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

Wait…I’ve found that everytime if you open edit with elementor,then click “update”,it won’t have this issue again.so…yeah.you don’t have to test and correct for me sir.I think it’s acceptable although it’s annoying :)problem sloved
