Video featured image stays mute ?

Hi
i have added a video on a featured image and i select “unmute” and “autoplay”
it autoplays ok but it stays muted, i have to click on audio icon on the video to have the sound

why is it not unmuted ?

is there another setting somewhere or any particular reason ?

Autoplay videos in browsers are always muted by default. However, you can control the audio manually.

To enable sound by default, please set the Video Display Type to “Native Player” https://ibb.co/DPR6cNp4 in your product settings. This will allow you to unmute the video directly in the player when viewing the product.
