Video on gallery not added

We are trying to add a video by uploading it to an image in the product image gallery but the video is not visible on the frontend, we use wpml for this site but the video is never visible to either language, from wherever i save it, this is why I want to contact you first, to inform me which custom field is this video coming from and what to look out for, in trying to exclude woodmart from whats at fault.

You may not do that to the live site, below we will provide admin details for the copy of the website in a staging environment, there you can proceed as you like.

In WPML -> Settings -> Custom field translation -> set the “Copy once” value for the gallery here – https://prnt.sc/U9_h41xD31xY
Clear the cache and recheck the issue.
