Hello, I have two fully running sites with your template that I bought an I have an additional 2 or 3 that I bought. You guys have been great with support and I highly appreciate it, which is one reason I use woodmart on all my sites.
I just updated both woodmart templates on both sites to the newest version that just came out which I believe is 7.60 and the video player on both post, pages and video for product pages meaning the one you upload as a product video and the player I can put in the page via elementor are not playing the video on either one. They were all working fine yesterday.
The play button does come up on most of the video, but when you click it, nothing happens. Even if some are set to auto play on mobile etc., they wont play and product videos is a large portion of marketing on these sites.
I will include a login below to both sites or you can tell me whats wrong and how to fix one and I’ll do that to the other. I will also include links to the urls with the videos not working.
Please keep in mind I cleared all sever cache, browser cache, tested from a desktop, two different laptops, plus my android phone and an iphone with all the same results.
Please how can we get this corrected ASAP?
