nigelcaveParticipantHow to make the full desktop view show on tablets?
It just shows a mobile view, thanksFebruary 8, 2022 at 12:38 pm #351386
Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Sorry but there is no option in Theme Settings available for that.
It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
Best Regards

nigelcaveParticipant“We guarantee that your website will display fluidly across every device type you can think of without any extra effort on your part – laptops, PCs, smartphones and tablets – have been carefully thought out and included in this smart website theme design.”

nigelcaveParticipant“Of course WoodMart features a completely responsive design that manipulates itself to best suit the device it is being viewed on”
So how to make it display correctly on tablets and not show phone view?
thanks

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Yes, it is correct. Our theme is fully responsible and adapts to all resolutions as you read in our description. And you are asking to disable this functionality and show the desktop layout on small screens. Sorry, but there is no such option in our theme.
If you are not satisfied with our theme we can return your money back. Request a refund here https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/newKind Regards

nigelcaveParticipantThanks for reply, I don’t want necessarily want to force desktop version on tablet, just to make it look more professional, eg on demo electronics 2 the special offers section displays correct on PC and looks fine on mobile phone, but on tablet it fills screen with one product, see attachments.
How to make it adapt correctly to the tablet resolution.

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
If you use Elementor, you can adjust your column width on different devices. Here is a video tutorial that should help you https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eDeeemyla9k
Kind Regards

nigelcaveParticipantMany thanks, will have a look, although thought your theme would display correctly on all devices..
Hence buying it, rather than create it myself in elementor.“We guarantee that your website will display fluidly across every device type you can think of without any extra effort on your part”
Thanks anyway

Artem TemosKeymasterYes, it is exactly how it works at the moment. You were able to check this on our demo. If you think that this particular row should look different on a tablet, you are free to customize the layout.

nigelcaveParticipantOk, have changed both column widths to 50% but the section still does not display correctly on tablet, what else should I alter?
thanksFebruary 9, 2022 at 9:51 am #351621
nigelcaveParticipantI’ve done it, thanks.
Just need to alter the other sections now.
Many thanksFebruary 9, 2022 at 9:59 am #351622
Artem TemosKeymasterWe are glad that you sorted it out. Let me know if you need any further assistance.
Have a nice day!
