View User Link Redirects to shop page

Good afternoon,
When I try to view a users profile, it automatically redirects to the shop page. How do I fix this so our admins can view a users/customers profile.

Hello,

Please make sure that woocommerce my account shortcode is setup correctly in the edit page:
[woocommerce_my_account]

Then, go to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced, then click Save Changes to set the My Account page in the section of Page setup.
