In this case, please clarify how I can replicate that issue because on my side it looks as you want – https://prnt.sc/8ETWDDfmWTnR. Also, clarify whether the issue is shown on all laptops or in specific cases with Safari, and on which versions of Safari the problem exists.

I don’t know how to replicate the problem. It happens on different types of devices and different browsers. Even on the same notebook, the view changes.

In general, there are no 3 columns for any device inches: https://gyazo.com/e0dd1ec44941aa941ad0127cc57fc8b7, so I cannot investigate it properly because I do not see the issue. In this case, can you please send me a video from your side of the issue?
