VIMEO VIDEO – Not playing correctly…

I have just uploaded a Vimeo video, and embedded on the home screen.
I replaced the image overlay, all looks good, untill you press play, rather than the video starting nicely, it flips to a this screen, which looks ugly, and then you have to press play again, I refuse to believe that this is how it is. ??

You use the default element from Elementor, it works in such a way and it’s not related to the theme.

With your option there’s no way to add an image overlay?? Please check the link yo will see… Surely this is not ideal?

The one I have elft in has no black border around it…
Your example has a black boarder, this clearly looks like it was designed in 2005…
The one that has no black border is the way to go, it looks more seamless…?

OK sorted… It seems to be muted automatically, maybe need to clear cache I don’t know.

Hello,
The video is muted because when you click on the overlay play button, it autoplays the video. Autoplay videos in browsers are always muted by default.
