visitor counter and product general info

Hello. I see that even though I turned off the visitor counter from the theme settings, it still remains on. What is the solution to this? My second question is that I cannot see where to make additions in the product general info section. Can you help me?

1. It seems a cache issue, so you need to clear the site/server cache and recheck the issue.

2. Clarify which additions you mean, do you want to customize the product page or just add some description to the product?

1- I cleared the cache but the result did not change.

2- The short descriptions for the product I added appear but the long descriptions do not. I am not sure if I need to add a tab for this. It may be that the theme I am using does not allow this.

In summary, both of my problems continue.

1. Navigate to Layouts -> Single product -> remove the counter element – https://prnt.sc/GGUmx4Ohuz_W , clear the cache and recheck the issue.

2. Navigate to Layouts -> Single product -> and define the “Product content” element to show the description of the product – https://prnt.sc/cMrA9LRhUjOy

Isn’t there a different solution for the first problem? I thought I could do this without deleting it. Does turning it off from theme settings not work?

Your solution for the second problem is successful. but I want to make this description section as a tab. Do I need to define a tab from the product content for this?

1. The Visitor counter works in such a way that it can be shown when you just define the element in the Layouts builder. If you don’t like that behavior, you can leave a future request here – https://woodmart.canny.io/feature-requests

2. If you want to show it as a tab, I suggest using the “product tabs” element – https://prnt.sc/TSZJ8EJZI-NJ
