Visual composer 403 error with WoodMart

Hello,

I have a problem with the site. When I activate Visual Composer the site breaks in the Homepage and I display a 403 error on the site. Other pages (products, categories, ..) are loaded, it’s about the homepage.

I also checked server’s configuration and server’s support says everything is ok by their side.

I made sure to update all the plugins, WP version, theme version and everything. Everything is updated and also PHP version.

Do you know what could generate this problem? I really can’t find a way to solve this :/

All folders permissions are set to 755.

Hello,

403 Forbidden error says that access to your server is blocked by server configuration or folder permissions. We don’t know other reasons for that https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HTTP_403

Your server provider should definitely know what exactly blocks the access. The WPBakery plugin itself technically is not able to block access to your website. And PHP errors usually cause 500 errors but not 403.
