Visual Composer not appear but working

I have problem after update to latest > 5.0 WordPress version.
I also updated Visual Composer and all other plugins but the thing is that the visual composer buttons are gone (but it works in the background and page behave correct in the front end) but cannot get to visual mode. Also noticed that the Panel tab in the top of the page can not expand and when I open the Concole in Firefox I get multiple errors so assume there are something real wrong here.
Please help me with this.

Please deactivate the plugins not related to the theme so that we could check

It´s not on a developer website so I can not deactive the plugins that are active.
I could test to deactivate them for a few minutes and test if the visual composer components work or not if that´s a solution?

Deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme for 5-10 minutes what is enough to check if WP Bakery page builder appears on the pages. Then activate the plugin one by one and check the issue and you will be able to detect which one causes the problem.
