Sorry to say but it seems to be the Cache issue on your Site.
Because as we are seeing the Section under the Elementor editor on your Site, it seems to be appearing fine: https://ibb.co/1b7L09V
But not on the actual Site Preview. Sorry to say but sometimes when changes are appearing fine under the Page Builder editor or Theme Customizer and not on the actual Site Preview, it is mostly related to Cache issues on the Site and we are also noticing CDN/Cloudflare enabled on your Site too.
So, can you please ask your Hosting Provider to once try to disable the CDN/Cloudflare on your Site for the time being while you are Customizing your Site (if it is enabled, if not then ignore this part), flush it completely along with that completely clear your browser as well as Site and Server cache and then check back your Site again. Hopefully, you won’t find the issue again.

There is an issue with the 3rd party plugins. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved.
Otherwise, keep the 3rd party plugin deactivated and let me know I will check and solve the issue.

Sorry for the inconvenience but we have checked this concern on our Test Site by adding the same Widget Image Box and it was working fine there. So, this clears the fact that it is not a Theme end issue.

At the bottom of the Site you can find that Section.On your Site, the Image Box section is appearing fine under the Elementor editor which clears the fact that the Element is working fine on your Site otherwise it would have appeared messed up under the Elementor editor too. The CDN/Cloudflare that we mentioned we are noticing on your Site is showing through checking with extension: https://ibb.co/CmDyhg5
So, can you please once ask your Hosting Provider in this regard? If they can help you out with this CDN/Cloudflare enabled or not. If yes, then disable it for the time along with that clear your Site an Server cache too and then check back your Site again.

Indeed, I could have done it with the woodmart info box but I couldn’t find where to put the link on the other page, it would be easier indeed, and there wouldn’t be these different problems.
Regarding Cloudflare it’s amazing because I don’t have a Cdn, so I’m surprised that Wappalyser shows this,
If you can tell me the link on the info box so that I can see it thank you, that of your theme.

After inspecting your site, I found the cause of the inconsistency in displaying. The theme you are using, “Woodmart”, is causing the site is not displaying well. I temporarily switched the theme to Hello, and everything is displaying fine now.

Also, in the console, there are 403 errors (content blocked by the server) https://prnt.sc/9ptFb2tYjx6Ecausing some images to be broken.

Right now, under the Information Box element of the Theme, you can add a Link to the Button and the Content Text.
For the Button Link, there is an option available under the Contents sub-tab of the Info Box element and for the Contents Text, you can make use of the Hyperlinks if you want: https://ibb.co/cFFmFMS

In fact I had chosen the info box of elementor because under the image you can put a link, because having a button is not pretty, it is better to click on the image and have a link or at least in the titled somewhat the same as the example you sent me before.
Moreover, elementor answered me that the conflicts come from woodmart, because on hello it works well..

We read the response that you get from Elementor and also checked their Video. But it seems that you missed out one of our earlier responses where we mentioned to you that the same Section that you have on your Site with Image Box element, we put it on our Test Site and there the Section was appearing completely fine. We also shared our Test Site URL with you. Here it is again: https://blackpearlspro.com/woodmart_support/
At the bottom of the Site, you will find the respective mentioned Section.
So, if there is an issue at the Theme level then the issue should’ve arised on our Test Site too but it isn’t that way. So, we would suggest you to once contact your Hosting Provider in this regard as the Elementor Support also suggested you to contact them for 403 Errors. So, ask them once if there is any sort of Cache, clear it completely and also look after the 403 Errors and then check back your Site.
Hopefully, they will help you out in this regard.

I saw your info box indeed, so if I follow the reasoning it’s a problem between the theme and the elementor widgets, so incompatibility with elementor?
