Visual Header Builder is not making edits live

Changes I make on the default header are not going live when published. The changes are still there in the editor, but they aren’t showing on my site. Menu changes, logo changes are all not going live when I save it.I double checked, and I do have it set as the default header. When I deactivate the Visual Header Builder, I can make changes that show up using the customizer. I checked the plugins, and noticed that WP Bakery is showing it needs an update, but I am getting an error when attempt to update it. error: “update package not available”.

Looks like I figured it out. I had a header override on my home page.
