mia-7566ParticipantHi Xtemos Team,
We are experiencing an issue with the waitlist functionality in the Woodmart theme.
We are currently working on a staging environment with the following setup:– WordPress 6.8
– WooCommerce 9.8.2
– Woodmart 8.1.2Here’s what we tested:
1 – Enabled the waitlist feature in the Woodmart theme.
2 – Set a product as out of stock.
3 – Subscribed to the waitlist as a customer.
4 – Received the “confirm waitlist” email successfully.
5 – Verified that the email address is listed in the waitlist for the product.
6 – Restocked the product (increased stock quantity from 0 to 1 or more).Issue: No “back in stock” notification email is sent to users on the waitlist.
We also tested the email system using the test mail function, and emails are being sent successfully. However, the back-in-stock notification still does not trigger when product stock is updated.
We’ve already tried the solutions mentioned in your forum posts:– “Waitlist Feature Doesn’t Send Out Notification Email When Product Is In Stock”
– “Waitlist Feature Not Sending Back-in-Stock Notifications”Unfortunately, none of them resolved the issue, and no new errors are recorded in php_errorlog.php.
Could you please assist us in resolving this problem?Kind regards,

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Is there any chance that you could give me access to the dashboard area so I can check the settings there?
Looking forward to collaborating with you!
Kind Regards

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
On my end still the same – https://prnt.sc/V12GEFCgC-Cp , the pass was without empty spaces. Maybe it’s something wrong with my hosts file.
Is it possible to send the access via the temporary plugin?
Kind Regards

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
You need to adjust the HTTPS so that there should not be such an issue – https://prnt.sc/wTulDDwQlDXl
Also, check all options from here – https://wp-crontrol.com/help/missed-cron-events/ because on your end does not work any crons that run some functionality.
Kind Regards
