Waitlist bug

Hi,

We noticed that when someone leaves his email for the waitlist it automatically deletes the email after one week. We tested it also with our own email and it has been removed on the backend. We did not sign out for the wailist on the product page.

How can we solve this?

Please disable any plugins not directly related to our theme and provide us with your admin access details. We will log in to your dashboard and investigate the issue. Please ensure that you only keep the following plugins that are necessary for our theme to work correctly:
– WoodMart core
– WooCommerce
– Elementor/WPBakery Page Builder

We can’t disable plugins in our live area. I have made a temporary account for you on our staging area. Please see private area.

Furthermore. I checked it again the last couple of days and now the users in our waitlist are deleted after 2/3 days already.

You can fix it by applying patch # 599274. To do this, go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Patcher, find the corresponding patch and click on the “Apply” button. Let us know if it works for you.

Thank you. Just did this. For my own understandigs so emails were removed from the waitlist because we disabled the confirm email right?

There is a bug in our theme’s database query. We have fixed this in the patch. Please check how it works so we can release a new update with the fix.
