cc-7620ParticipantWaitlist was working correctly until I migrated my website to a new hosting provider. On the front end of the site, the waitlist does not always display on out of stock products (example below) and we have seen the waitlist not remove itself from the front end of the site when a product comes back into stock. In either case, if we edit the product and hit update, the waitlist does change correctly. We are updating our inventory levels via API. Is there a cron that controls this that my devs can check to make sure its running correctly?

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Previously, you sent the temporary access for both sites – staging and live, but now they are not working.
Also, on the staging site, I see the issue with the security – https://prnt.sc/13iQ2K0x8PXs , you need to adjust the HTTPS to solve this as it could cause some issues.
Also, check all options from here – https://wp-crontrol.com/help/missed-cron-events/
Kind Regards

cc-7620ParticipantIs this the cron to send emails? What functionality removes the waitlist graphic from the product page when the product comes back in stock? Again, this product and many others are back in stock, but the waitlist graphic/function is still present on the product page and the customer cant purchase

cc-7620ParticipantPlease see screenshots.. Maybe its not a waitlist issue.. I am updating inventory via api. You have the login and ftp to my site from other tickets

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
I have contacted the developers team and they told me that our Waitlist is not compatible with such location plugins, unfortunately.
You can create a future request here – https://woodmart.canny.io/feature-requests so our developer will consider it.
Kind Regards
