Is it possible to add a new custom icon here next to the existing icons for Wishlist, cart etc?

If possible, with code, please let me know what hooks can be used (Refer Pics 1).

Yes it is possible to add custom icons after wishlist, cart etc. Go to WoodMart > Header > edit current header > add information box elements after cart elements upload the custom icon. After that add the information box element after wishlist:
