Want to Change the display area of a plugin on a woocommerce checkout template

We have recently buyed a woocommerce plugin for make available to our customers to choose the date and time that they want to receive an order, I have seen with inspector that there is a hook between specified elements on the screenshot and we want to display the date&time module over there, I have contacted woocommerce after and they told me that your template override his files and that I have to talk to you, see attached screenshot on the link, please

We didn’t override anything there and you still can customize the WooCommerce template files. If some files are overridden they are located in the folder woodmart/woocommerce/.
