Currently, there is no way to customize the Shop page via themes functionality. So I suggest you use Elementor Pro in this case, which has the ability to customize it and set a customized Shop page by default as you want.

Our Checkout page comes from WooCommerce and when it’s not working on the default theme, then the issue is with WooCommerce itself.

Also please fix another thing, when I try to search for a product on mobile phone, it says error but it works perfectly fine on desktop
