Please Go to Theme Settings >> Single Product >> Tabs and set the order from there and then only add the code for the reviews tab.

I have already set the order in custom tabs need in this sequence

1 – description
2 – specification //custom tab
3 – warranty //custom tab
4 – shipping & delivery //custom tab
5 – reviews

still not able to see any changes.
