Want to show review

Could you please help me with the below issue?

I want to showcase the product reviews at the end of the home page (this Shopify store does this https://8tee.co/ here is a screenshot https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/52626790032_fbf9d27c12_o.png

When you click those particular reviews those reviews go to the product reviews.

Does there any way to do this?
