I think it’s probably the php version, but a warning was displayed in the header.

The current version is PHP8.1.29, but what is the recommended version?

There may be other causes. Please support.

    Hello,

To better assist you, could you kindly test the functionality with default WordPress themes such as TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront? This will help us determine whether the issue stems from our theme or elsewhere.

    Regards

    Sorry for the late reply.
I’m not familiar with changing themes, but is it possible to change the theme and then smoothly switch back to woodmart?

Is it enough to just change the theme, check the results, and then switch back to the theme?

Yes, you are free to switch between themes in Appearance -> Themes for testing purposes.

    Kind Regards

I found out that the problem was with a plugin.
    It’s “All in One SEO”
When I disabled it, the display disappeared.
I enabled it again, but the display is still gone.

Please consider this resolved for now.

    Sorry for the fuss.
    Thank you.
