    I tried several sites. Even on an empty site, when importing your SVG template, the images get an error. I don’t know why this is

    It seems that the file_get_contents function for URLs is disabled on your server. You need to contact your provider and ask to enable this option.

    Could you please once try deactivating all the third party Plugins on your Site, remaining the Theme required ones activated. If the issue gets resolved, then reactivate them one by one to see which Plugin is causing the issue. If this doesn’t work for you then once also, try to activate the Parent Theme on your Site if you are using Child Theme on your Site.

    If somehow the issue still persists, then please take complete Backup of your Site first, then remove the ip restriction of your Site Also give the permission to completely debug your Site which includes deactivating all the third party Plugins and removal of on-Site Customization changes too, so that we can thoroughly check this issue on your Site and assist you accordingly.

    Hello! I disabled all the plugins, left only WooCommerce, Core, WPBakery, the error remained. The error from the theme 7.3 + on 7.2.5 is not there.

    The site is working, so if you can, don’t drop anything too much. If it takes 15-30 minutes, you can disable plugins. The blocking firewall has been disabled. The error is displayed even on new sites immediately. No additional plugins or settings are required. I checked it on importing the Fashion template.

    I saved only the theme settings via export.

    Hello. Thank you, I can see that. Was this error caused by the server? What can I do to prevent it from occurring in the future or will it be included in the patcher?

    Because on another site, the error occurs later. I thought the error wouldn’t happen on the other site and I could update Woodmart there as well. But nothing has changed. Do I have to contact you every time?
