WB not showing HTML BLOCKS on my wordpress

    Hello ,
    i have problem with this
    https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/create-filters-form/

    im trying to add filters but i dont see the options mention on your docs

    i also installed lastest version on bakery from my account on download latest versions of included plugings, still those options are not avail.
    any ideas?

    Hello,

    Please make sure that you have enabled Wp-Bakery for HTML Blocks from Wp-Bakery Page builder >> Role Manager.

    Then clear cache and check back.

    If the problem continues then deactivate all the third-party plugins and provide admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

    from some reason i dont see the html blocks area
    can u send me screenshot of it ?

    when i go into the bakrey i get this error
    “In order to receive all benefits of WPBakery Page Builder, you need to activate your copy of the plugin. By activating WPBakery Page Builder license you will unlock premium options – direct plugin updates, access to template library and official support.”

    do i need to purchase it for it to work?

    Hello,

    1) The CMS block as mentioned in my screenshot is the HTML Block in the Wp-Bakery role manager.

    If you have enabled it and still unable to edit the HTML Blocks then deactivate all the third-party plugins activate the parent theme and provide with the admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

    2) β€œIn order to receive all benefits of WPBakery Page Builder, you need to activate your copy of the plugin. By activating the WPBakery Page Builder license you will unlock premium options – direct plugin updates, access to template library, and official support.”

    This is not an Error it is the default message that appears with the premium plugin and you don’t need to purchase it.
