Hello,
1) The CMS block as mentioned in my screenshot is the HTML Block in the Wp-Bakery role manager.
If you have enabled it and still unable to edit the HTML Blocks then deactivate all the third-party plugins activate the parent theme and provide with the admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
2) βIn order to receive all benefits of WPBakery Page Builder, you need to activate your copy of the plugin. By activating the WPBakery Page Builder license you will unlock premium options β direct plugin updates, access to template library, and official support.β
This is not an Error it is the default message that appears with the premium plugin and you don’t need to purchase it.
Best Regards.
