WC Fileds Factory not working on website

    I have a website I am uploading content into at the moment. There are 2 categories of products, customized and generic. The settings for customized work just fine but once the generic products load up on a product page all the input fields do not appear. I have tried numerous hours to try rectify this with no joy. I tried changing the field location from before add to cart form to before add cart button but nothing seems to work.

    Any suggestions would be much appreciated!!!

    Hello,

    Your site is not complete now. Please provide the screen for custom and generic with the difference. Please provide categories URLs as well.
