WCAG – Multiple form labels

Hello again.

I have the following problem.

In http://www.domain(.)com/my-account, the login form shows two errors in the WAVE report tool.

Which template should I overwrite in order to fix the multiple forms error?

Errors are caused due to the fact that you have in the sidebar these forms too.

If you disable the login form from the sidebar through WoodMart -> Header builder -> Account, the errors will be gone.
