Hi everyone! We’re having an issue with a theme element—could you help us out?

It doesn’t happen every time, but occasionally—either between sessions or otherwise—a large blank space appears in the theme’s product filter elements.

How do I solve this?

Note: I adjusted the carousel to automatically adjust the height, it “normalized” but it still jumps a bit, as if secondary images from the gallery or hovering are interfering with it?

I have checked your site and It appears that the product carousel height is being calculated incorrectly on the initial page load, and then it recalculates itself

To further test the issue, Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then, activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know so I will check and give you a possible solution.
