We now have a couple of errors in the theme

We now have a couple of errors in the theme, we had an entire drop menu under our brands tab that has now disappeared in the menu, and on the actual brands page (home page) we are getting this error: [yith_wcbr_brand_thumbnail_carousel cols=”5″ prev_next=”no” prev_next_style=”square” show_name=”no” style=”centered-title”]

It seems that you have deleted the brand’s Dropdown. That’s why it is not appearing. We haven’t encountered such an issue before.

Brands are coming from a plugin please activate the Plugin then check back.

Thank you for your great support, we just have a couple of remaining issues we need help with. All of our product images under the drop down menus used to be sized equally and looked professional, we are not sure why, but now the images are all different sizes when you roll over the main menus, can you advise on how we can get these images all back to a similar size under the menus?

We have added a new menu item titled Oil Spill and it has a drop down menu under it, but the menu does not match other menus in the site, we have toggled the Oil Spill menu item Design to Full Width attempting to match to other menus, but every time we click save in the menus section the menu item Oil Spill reverts back to default for the design, it will not save when we choose Full Width to match it with other menus, wordpress admin access is below, please advise on a fix for this asap.

1) Please make sure that you added images of the same sizes in the items under the menu then check back.

Which images does the theme use in the drop down menu? Is it the main image of the product that was loaded into Woocommcere or are those images loaded in elsewhere?

Are you sure there is no way to get them all to look the same size? Is there a plugin that can accomplish this?

I have added the following Custom CSS in the Custom CSS area under Theme Settings >> Custom CSS.

.menu-item a img, img.menu-image-title-after {
    height: 50px;
    width: 50px;
}
